Performance issues with print rwb pop up/booking page

issue is sporadic.At times behaves like print RWB pop up is not responding and at times is very slow in responding

Found Root Cause.
The plugin auto-complete, in issue-rwb popup. Due to huge data of locations.

Contained the delay into the edit page of issue-rwb.
There's no fast solution at this moment. Will come back to this issue in future.
