Missing status for confirmation from associative stations.

For example, a booking from China to Bangkok.
After China submitted the booking, status is Booking Submitted.
After Vietnam or Bangkok confirmed, status is Partial Confirmed.
After China final confirmed, status is Booking Confirmed.

The current system changes booking status to confirm by partners when all partners had confirmed. If only either partner confirmed, the booking status will still remain the same as Booking Submitted.
