Current logic on retrieve available route in booking for FTL and LTL shipment.

If shared customer, the both FCL and LCL route will be filtered by tariff. It will be filtered by Shared Company too.
If normal customer (Not shared), all routes and schedules are shown (with general filtering by company). Not filtered by tariff.

* Schedule will have an additional filter on the schedule start date and schedule end date. Today's date must be in between them.
