[container t&t app] remark fail to upload when taking photo first.

1) add status
2) input container # and truck #
3) taking photo
4) add remark
5) submit status

missing remark in history timeline.

however, if we input remark first, then taking photo (i.e. do step 4 first then step 5), remark can upload successfully.
