[MRWB - Add / Edit MRWB] : RWB selected from Transfer Appear Again in Transfer Data Table / No pop up confirmation for selected RWB for Transfer when click on Generate Button

Bug #1 :

The RWB that has been transferred appear again when user select the same MRWB.


Bug #2 :

No pop up confirmation when user click on Generate button when there are RWBs selected but not yet transfer.

fixes:
1. if the RWB is being transferred from MRWB, it will not show in the list of the same MRWB, but other MRWB's list will show
2. when there's RWBs selected not yet transfer, it cannot proceed Generate, pop up confirmation shows

when edit, when the RWB is transferred from a MRWB, choosing back the MRWB will not show the RWB. but after save, click edit, the RWB transferred from the MRWB will still showing. this will be solve by #373 fixed.
