[Booking] - Timezone incorrect in map pin details

UAT

Timezone is incorrect for in-transit status in booking detail pop-up - map tool. See screenshot for more details.

To show the correct local time based on shipment status route section.

Bugfix: 2 hours
Testing: 1 hour

root cause: Convert wrong timezone and caused the time display wrongly. Fixed by handle proper time.
