Enhanced booking copy form.

The following are added to copy:
- Place of Issue
- Booking Items
- Booking Resources
- Booking Incoterm
- Booking Salesman
- Notified Party

The following are not copied for now:
- Place of Loading (Will use default value)
- Place of Discharge (Will use default value)
- Place of Acceptance (Will use default value)
- Place of Delivery (Will use default value)
