Allow user to pick other hubs in 4P while creating booking

For example, pick up from HK and load in Shenzhen hub.

Show all hubs for 4p selection.

Added better sorting for hubs (sort by country then by name).

Standardize all 4p global to display Country as prefix.
(eg. CHN - CITY NAME)
