404 page found after force to change password using fna.cn account.

Hi, I have tried to replicate this issue in UAT with fna1.cn, and fna5.vn, after changing password successfully, the user is redirected to Customer Billing page successfully, without seeing the issue that you were reported. This issue was first found by Steven in the development release and I have patched them up, this issue is actually caused by an obsolete url, which we no longer in use, that's why the system redirect the FNA user to error404 page. I have updated with the correct url.
