Objective : For KART CS for non CBTS operation to view /amend the service charges for other operation.

Targeted Audience : KART CS for non CBTS operation

General Assumption : Only non CBTS operation service charges shall be shown within this module.

User Interaction :
1) Click on the Miscellaneous Billing module on the menu.
2) User shall navigate to the Miscellaneous Billing Listing Page.
3) When click on the record row, a pop up for service charge shall be displayed that demonstrate the corresponding selected record.

Miscellaneous Billing Listing Page
=========================
1) The summary panel shall show Billed and Unbilled.

2) By default, the data table shall filter to show unbilled records only.

3) Billed Records - Data Retention Period (current month plus previous 3 months).

4) Unbilled Records - All

5) The listing page consists of following fields.
- Service Date (when the service is done)
- Ref No
- Customer
- No of Service Charges associated with particular service
- Status (billed, unbilled). Partial bill considered as unbilled.
- Last Updated
- Action

6) For billed record, no action allowed. For unbilled record, user is allowed to Edit or Cancel the record.

View Service Charges for Miscellaneous Billing

1) The view page consists of few sections.
- Service Info that comprises the the customer details and service reference no.
- Service Charge List that provide list of service charges relevant to the particular service reference no.
- Summary Info that group the service charges by currency.
