Objective :

Add external costing for supporting the shipment

Targeted Audience :

Assumptions

1. Only costing from external vendors shall be captured in costing.
2. All bookings associated with the login owner shall be shown for past 120 days based on booking date
3. The invoice received shall be either based on series of bookings or series of MRWB. The invoice cannot combines both bookings / MRWB.

Use Cases

1. User shall key in the invoice info based on the invoice received from vendor.
2. User manually ties back the invoice info to the list of bookings / MRWBs through Search --> Select Booking No / MRWB No
3. User shall entered the amount for the invoice together with tax code, withholding tax and whether tax inclusive.
4. System shall auto populate the invoice summary
5. User can upload the vendor invoice and work order for particular invoice created (optional).
6. For those user with access right for confirm the costing, The checkbox with "Tick to confirm the costing" label shall be shown and checked by default.
7. User click Add to add the costing.
8. Alternatively, user can click Back to back to the Listing UI without any action.

Additional Info

1) The upload feature can be defer to later stage.

Business Rules

1) MRWB must auto distribute back to individual bookings based on chargeable weight. 2) [TBC] Invoice No unique per vendor
