[Customer Billing]-Only 'Others' is present in Billing party dropdown.

This is not a bug, but the billing party table is still empty, we are still deciding on how to pull the billing party into the table from the customer table in db.

A CR will be raised on Customer Profile, and a script will be created to fill billing party with customers, shippers and consignees
