Objective

1. Update new table mst_customer_billing_party when there is a change in master data in mst_customer, mst_shipper, or mst_consignee. The mst_customer_billing_party table is used to facilitate retrieval of billing parties for customer billing purposes.
2. Populate mst_customer_billing_party table with existing customer profiles. This is a data migration activity.

This task shall be implemented on the master branch.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Create new entries in mst_customer_billing_party when there are new customer profiles created, or new shippers or consignees created for existing customer profiles.
2. Mark existing records in mst_customer_billing_party when a customer profile is marked as delete, or shippers/consignees of existing customer profile are marked as delete.
3. Also note that new shippers/consignees of existing customer profiles can be added through the add booking form.
