1. As per requirement , cancelled bookings with only SSU updated should be able to create billing. Right now cannot create service charge for cancelled booking . Need to be able to create service charge for cancelled bookings if SSU updated before cancellation.

2.Right now can create invoice for all cancelled bookings. Need to implement that only cancelled booking which has status updated should be able to create billing.
