Description

Multiple scrollbars when pop-up is displayed presents very poor quality standard and user experience. Refer to attached screenshot.

Objectives

1. Use the new standard pop-up component to only display scroll bar for upper-most pop-up.
2. No scrollbar is necessary when the upper-most pop-up does not require scrolling.
