[Customer Billing] Add Contact Details to Billing Party

This is an enhancement to Customer Billing module, which is to add in Contact Details to the selected Billing Party

When user selected a Billing Party, five text box shall be shown to the user:-
- Billing Party Name
- Billing Party Address
- Billing Party Contact Person
- Billing Party Telephone
- Billing Party Email

These Textbox shall be populated with records related to the field name given, with only exception being an "Other" Billing Party Type being selected.

These fields shall be displayed on the Edit Invoice Billing Info section as well.

Testing conducted from developer's side:
- when selecting billing party of master, customer, shipper, or consignee, default value of the name, address, contact person, telephone, and email will be populated (passed)
- when creating invoice based on those default contact details, these values can be reflected correctly in view and edit format, same goes to the changes made on the default values (passed)
- on the other hand, if the billing party of Others were selected, no default values shall be populated, however the billing party name and address is still needed to be entered. (passed)
