Objectives

1. Display the current accounting period in all listing page for billing modules.
2. Display the deadline for current accounting period along with the current accounting period indicator, along with days remaining in brackets.
3. Display a pop-up warning when the user edits an invoice from previous accounting period, indicating that the current invoice will be voided (with a new CN) and a new invoice will be created.
