Objectives

1. Extend the Service Charge Profile to display list of standard service charge when user logged in as SUPER KART admin.
2. Enhance view pop-up to display all company level service charge type for each standard service charge. SK admin will only have view privilege, and not edit/delete any company level service charge.
3. A standard service charge cannot be deleted. Provide an action to "disable" a standard service charge. When standard service charge is disabled, it will not delete/disable a company service charge.
4. Enhance existing company service charge to show the standard service charge, and advanced search to filter service charges without a link to a standard service charge.
