[Internal billing]-USD is displayed as Default currency for KART THAILAND

Login as VN
Select KART THAILAND for Bill To in Add internal invoice pop up

This problem is due to the currency matrix for internal billing among the company.
As issuer is VN and recipient is TH, the default currency use for their billing will be use USD
